Classes, Membership & Support
When your body feels different, exercise can start to feel confusing.
You may have been told to “just strengthen your core.”
You may have stopped exercising because everything seemed to flare symptoms.
Or you may simply feel unsure what is safe anymore.
This space is here to make things feel less overwhelming.
Everything focuses on helping you move with more support, build strength safely, and understand what your body needs.
There is no pressure to keep up.
There is no intense fitness culture.
There is no expectation to push through pain.
You do not need to figure this out alone.
