Integrative therapeutic coaching for women | Online sessions, anywhere in the world. In-person in Thame, Oxfordshire.
You've already tried therapy: You've read the books. You know it's not "just hormones." This is what comes next.

You've held it all together for a long time

But now something feels off and you can't quite explain it.

You might feel more anxious than you used to. More tired. Less clear. Less like yourself.

You may be noticing changes in your body, your mood, your energy.

Or quietly asking things that didn't used to feel difficult.

And you've already tried what was supposed to work therapy: books, the gym, hormones, sleep apps, holidays. None of it has quite landed.

This is where we slow things down, make sense of what's actually happening, and work out what you actually need.

Not advice. Not guesswork. Structured, integrative work, clinical depth, not generic coaching.

"I came to Kim thinking I needed help with my pelvic floor. I left understanding things about myself I hadn't looked at in years."
Sarah, 47, returned to running and started painting again

This is for you if...

  • You feel anxious, overwhelmed, or quietly burnt out more often than not.
  • You're constantly "on" but feel disconnected from yourself.
  • You've hit the markers everyone said would feel like enough and they don't.
  • You're noticing changes in your body, your energy, or your mood you can't fully explain.
  • You find yourself quietly asking, "Is this it?"
  • You've tried to "fix" things, and the fixes haven't held.
  • You don't know whether it's hormones, stress, your body, your life or all of it.
  • You may be in perimenopause. You may not be. You just know something feels different.

You are not a problem to be fixed

But something does need your attention. You don’t have to figure this out alone. This is a space where you can stop “pushing through” and start understanding what you actually need.

The body, pattern, purpose method. How this work is different

Most therapy stays at the third layer. Most physio stays at the first. Most coaching stays at the second. This work integrates all three because the body holds the patterns, the patterns shape the questions, and the questions don't get answered in isolation.

BODY. We start with what your body is doing: pelvic floor, nervous system, sleep, energy, hormonal change. Twenty-five years of clinical women's health expertise sits behind this layer, alongside Lifestyle Medicine training (certified through Dr Rangan Chatterjee's programme) and qualified yoga and Pilates practice.

PATTERN. Then we look at what your patterns are doing: the people-pleasing, the perfectionism, the carrying, the not-asking, the over-functioning. The behaviours that were once survival strategies and are now quietly running you.

PURPOSE. And underneath both, the questions you've been quietly asking yourself: who am I now, what is this stage of life for, what do I actually want.

Most therapy stays at the third layer. Most physio stays at the first. Most coaching stays at the second. This work integrates all three because the body holds the patterns, the patterns shape the questions, and the questions don't get answered in isolation.

How we work together

Every session is 75 minutes, online, led by where you are physically, mentally, and emotionally that week.

We work at a pace that feels manageable and safe. There is no pushing, no being told what to do, no five-step plan to follow.

Sessions may include:

  • Reflective, structured conversation to build clarity
  • Mind-body awareness to support emotional regulation
  • Breath and gentle movement, where helpful
  • Practical strategies that translate into your actual life
  • Voice-note support between sessions, so you're not on your own between calls

This is a space where you can stop pushing through and start understanding what you actually need.

The Packages

There is no one right way to begin. Some women want a single session for clarity before deciding anything. Others know they want depth and commit to the longer work. All paths begin with the same Initial Consultation.

The way every client begins. A focused 90-minute online session where we talk through what's been going on for you physically, mentally, emotionally and identify the patterns underneath.

You leave with a clearer understanding of what your body and mind are asking for, and concrete next steps you can act on whether or not you continue.

For:

  • Women who want clarity before deciding on a longer programme
  • Women who want one focused, useful conversation rather than a commitment
  • Women using this as a starting point before committing to deeper work

Outcome: a clearer picture of what's happening, a sense of what your body and life are asking for, and one to three practical next steps.

The £157 fee is fully credited toward Foundation or Deep Work if you book a package within 30 days of the consultation.

I take a small number of 1:1 clients each season. The way every client begins is with a 90-minute Initial Consultation (£157). Fully credited toward your package if you continue.

I'm Kim. Chartered Physiotherapist with 25+ years in pelvic health. MSc in Sports Physio. Qualified yoga and Pilates instructor. Certified in Lifestyle Medicine through Dr Rangan Chatterjee's programme. Trained in therapeutic coaching for women.

For most of those 25 years I was working with women whose bodies were telling them something their lives weren't letting them say out loud. The leak that wasn't about the leak. The pelvic pain that was about more than the pelvis. The fatigue that was holding the weight of decades of holding things together.

This work, Therapeutic Coaching, is what I built to meet that whole picture. It is not therapy and it is not coaching. It is the work that happens when both of those traditions meet a clinical understanding of women's bodies in midlife.

I work with women online, from anywhere in the world. I'm based in Thame, Oxfordshire, when I'm home.
